The ride is divided into two main parts, one wilder and less crowded and one more developed. You'll leave the centre through the Aiguerelles district to reach the country roads of Lattes. You'll then arrive at the path that borders the Lez, and then you'll take the bike path that runs along the L'Arnel pond to Villeneuve-les-Maguelonne. After visiting the village and the islet where the Cathedral is located, you'll reach Palavas on the road to the Arnel pond. The second part of the trip starts here, you'll enjoy the seaside and then take the road by the well-known bike path that passes through Port Ariane. At the end of the trip, you can have a drink at the Halles de Lez.
