The cooking class will be held in the riad.
We are in the heart of the old medina of Marrakech, near the main square.
Upon arrival our guests will be greeted with a tasty and aromatic Moroccan mint tea.
We will discuss and choose the menu together with Aicha.
We prepare the shopping list and then our new chefs will jump into the traditional old market (souk). A small tour to buy some fresh ingredients, walking through aromas of spices and local traditions.
Back to the riad we will start to prepare the dishes selected with the support, explanation and help of Aicha.
Their private home made lunch/dinner can be serve on the rooftop terrace or in the courtyard of the riad.
Within 1 week from the cooking class the chef will receive the recipes by post.
Before the cooking lesson we need to know about diet requirement and/or allergies of the chefs
We are a traditional riad not an hotel.
Our staff speaks italian, arabic, english, french and spanish
You can meet guests of the riad and have the experience with other chef also
