Overview

  • Embark on a journey through the cultural and natural highlights of the Mt. Fuji region. Ride the exclusive Hokusai Special Train, inspired by Hokusai’s iconic Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji, and visit the Mt. Meet in front of the lift hall on the 1st floor of the Fujisan Mishima Tokyu Hotel and transfer to the Hokusai Special Train for a scenic ride towards Fujinomiya Station. Be immersed in the worldview of Katsushika Hokusai, who was famous for his ukiyo-e woodblock prints. Enjoy stopping for photos and slow driving at spots depicted in the Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji. Look forward to learning a lot about Katsushika Hokusai through talks about his woodblock print series, the Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji
