Know before you book

What you can expect

Start your tour with early morning pickup at 8:00am in your hotel lobby. Travelling by private vehicle and head to the first attraction: Mutianyu Great Wall(approximately 1.5 hours). Learn the history on the way from your tour guide.

Mutianyu Great Wall, as one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, it used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. You have the choice of taking a return cable car ride to the wall, or taking the chairlift and return via the downhill toboggan run. After 2-3 hours hiking on the Wall, your tour guide will take you to a nice local Chinese restaurant where you can enjoy your lunch.

Afterwards, continue to a well-preserved royal garden: the Summer Palace,the largest and best-preserved of the surviving imperial garden. It used to be a summer retreat for the Imperial families. Between April to October, you can enjoy a Dragon Boat ride there if you like.

You will be transferred back to your hotel after the tour is finished.
