Enjoy Ghibli Park with the O-Sanpo Day Pass Premium and practical support to help you begin your visit smoothly.

This experience is not a guided tour inside Ghibli Park. Our staff will meet you at the designated meeting point before entry and explain the park layout, entry procedures, schedule, important rules, and recommended ways to enjoy your visit.

Your staff member will also assist with ticket handling and entry procedures where necessary. After entering the park, you will explore independently at your own pace.

Approximately two hours of limited on-site support will be available during the first part of your visit. This may include help understanding your schedule, route suggestions, recommended areas, general park information, and practical assistance when needed.

Please note that our staff does not provide guided explanations inside the park and may not accompany guests inside every area or building, including Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse and Premium-only buildings.

After the support period, you may continue exploring Ghibli Park independently.

※IMPORTANT INFORMATION
・Guest name and ID
Please book using the full legal name of a guest attending the park, exactly as shown on their passport or government-issued photo ID. The named guest must attend and present the original physical ID.

・Ticket availability
This experience includes a reservation service for the Ghibli Park O-Sanpo Day Pass Premium. Tickets are extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed when you book. We will make every effort to secure tickets for your selected date. If unavailable, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

・Wristband exchange by 12:00 PM
Your ticket will be checked at the first area you enter, where you will receive a wristband. Please complete this process by 12:00 PM. Afterwards, you may enter other eligible areas by showing the wristband.

・Meeting time
The meeting time with our staff is fixed at 10:00 AM. The overall schedule may vary depending on the confirmed Grand Warehouse entry time, park opening hours, and ticket availability.

・Entry deadlines
The other four areas do not have reserved entry times, but you must enter them by 4:30 PM. As the park is large, our staff will help you plan an efficient route.

・Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse
This is the only area with a reserved entry time. The time cannot be selected in advance and will be confirmed after tickets are secured. Guests must enter within one hour of the reserved time.

・Scope of support
Our staff will assist with entry procedures, orientation, schedule explanations, route advice, important rules, and general support during the first part of your visit. They may not accompany you inside every area or building.

・During the summer months
During the summer months, temperatures can be very high. We strongly recommend bringing sunglasses, a hat, and a sun umbrella or parasol to protect yourself from the heat and sun.
