- A free shuttle bus is available between Narita terminals, but extra time is needed for transfers.
- Our company is not responsible for missed flights due to tour delays. No refunds or compensation will be provided.
- If you wish to use the optional airport drop-off, please inform us when booking.
- Please let us know in advance if you will bring a baby buggy or luggage. Include the quantity and size of your items when booking.
- Please note that we may decline to accept baggage of a quantity or size that may cause an interruption to the operation of the service.
- Children (6-12) require a child fare, and infants under 6 are free only if no seat is needed; otherwise, a child fare applies.
