Your experience begins with a warm welcome from your Fragrance Concierge, who will guide you through a curated selection of premium, designer-inspired fragrance oils from our extensive collection of more than 300 fragrances.
Using fragrance testers and a personalised selection card, you'll explore different scents, identify your favourites, and discover fragrances that complement your individual style and personality.
With personalised guidance, you'll select and pair your favourite fragrances to create a signature niche perfume or cologne that reflects your personality.
Once your selections are finalised, our Fragrance Concierge Team bottles your custom niche creation, transforming your favourite scents into a beautiful fragrance keepsake. Customise by naming your fragrance.
Fragrance preparation typically takes approximately 30 minutes after selections are completed. Your signature scent can also be enjoyed in additional products, including body oils, lotions, and home fragrances, available for purchase.
As a touch of Southern hospitality, complimentary local hotel delivery may be available so you can continue enjoying Nashville while your fragrance is prepared. Delivery arrangements and estimated timing are confirmed with your concierge.
