      What you can expect

      Begin your adventure with a ride on the Nasu Ropeway, ascending to an elevation of 1,680 metres. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Kanto Plain and the distant Nikko mountains as you make your way up.

      Once at the Station, embark on a guided hike to the Chausu-dake crater. Follow scenic trails surrounded by volcanic rocks and alpine plants. Stay cool in summer, enjoy fiery foliage in autumn.

      Take a break to enjoy a picnic lunch at the summit or along the trail. Bring your own bento or try a local speciality lunch box. Snap stunning photos of the volcanic landscape and cloud sea before heading back down the mountain.
