Your cover storey: sightseeing. Your secret objective: mischief. Your meeting point: Christopher Newport Park, Newport News. In plain terms: a team spy adventure on foot, with the missions on your phones. The mission is the excuse. The real game is figuring out which of your teammates has been lying since the first stop. You do not need to be good at puzzles; you need people willing to have opinions, loudly, on a street corner. There may or may not be a double agent on your team. Step-free mapped paths all the way: 2.3 km, 4 stops and about 2.5 hours, at whatever pace your team likes. No guide, nothing to download. Afterwards, your official report will say: sightseeing. The photos will say otherwise. Who it's for: friends, couples and families with teens; and private groups, from bachelor and hen nights to work teams and active over-55s. Book a private game for 1 to 8 players on a date you choose; a team of one works too. Bigger groups play as several private teams.
