What you can expect

  • Imagine gliding across the pristine waters of the Nordfjord in Olden on a rigid inflatable boat (RIB), surrounded by towering mountains and cascading waterfalls. Start this one-hour daily adventure with a safety briefing and an introduction to the stunning natural scenery you'll encounter.

As the boat accelerates, feel the joy of speed while taking in panoramic views of lush green hillsides, quaint villages, and the majestic fjord stretching endlessly ahead. The skilled captain navigates the RIB close to sheer cliffs where waterfalls plunge directly into the fjord, offering a closer look at these natural wonders.

While wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, you may be lucky to spot seabirds overhead or a curious seal resting along the rocky shoreline — a special bonus during your journey.

The ride balances gentle cruising with moments of light speed, allowing time to take in the silence and beauty of the Nordfjord. With its scenic highlights and fresh sea air, this RIB tour is a memorable way to experience Olden and the surrounding fjord landscape at a comfortable pace.

Perfect for cruise guests—our base is just a 1–2 minute walk from the ship, with no transport needed. We plan all tours around cruise schedules to ensure you return well before departure, and if your ship does not dock in Olden, you’ll receive a full refund.
