Short on time during your holiday but thirsty for adventure? The “Adrénaline” course is perfectly named! Offered by Ariège Évasion, this 3 km sporty descent connects Sinsat to Ornolac-Ussat-les-Bains and guarantees maximum thrills in minimum time.

From the moment you launch, forget about a leisurely ride: you're embarking on a real mountain torrent (level II on a scale of V)! Under the imposing gaze of the Quié cliffs, you will have to steer your boat with agility to overcome the natural obstacles. From the very start, the river's current promises great splashes and memorable laughter.

Although short, this section concentrates the entire essence of whitewater sports. A total and refreshing immersion in the wilderness of l'Ariège awaits you. Get ready to paddle with energy!

The descents are free and unaccompanied (no supervision). After a 15-minute briefing, you descend at your own pace.

(Expert's note: Due to the immediate intensity of the course and the lack of a warm-up area in calm water, prior experience in canoeing or kayaking is strongly recommended to fully enjoy the descent).
