The descents are unguided and unaccompanied (no supervision). After a 15-minute briefing, you can make the descent at your own pace.
(Expert's note: Due to the immediate intensity of the route and the lack of a warm-up section on calm water, prior experience in canoeing or kayaking is strongly recommended to fully enjoy the descent.)
