What you can expect

Meet your guide at McDonald's Shinumeda and set off on a walking tour through Osaka. As you walk, listen to your guide explain the history of cherry blossoms in Japan and the unique culture of hanami (flower viewing).

Avoid the crowds at Osaka Castle Park and visit 2 local spots. Stroll past the first spot and walk for another 15 minutes to reach a peaceful cherry blossom viewing spot known only to locals.

Next, head to a lively department store food floor and choose a colourful, limited-edition hanami lunch box with your guide. Then, sit under the cherry blossoms and enjoy your lunch box with a glass of sake. Chat with your guide, she is a local japanese girl who speak English and Spanish, about life and culture in Japan.

After lunch with traditional sake, enjoy a tea time with Japanese tea and traditional sweet snacks. Relax and take in the beauty of the cherry blossoms, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
