This guided tour takes you into an old forest just outside Oslo. A peaceful landscape of towering spruce and pine, moss-covered logs, and clean air — a perfect escape from the busy city. The trail is suitable for most people with normal mobility, and we’ll walk at a calm, comfortable pace that allows you to fully enjoy the surroundings.

As we walk along quiet woodland trails, you’ll learn about the plants, animals, how to notice hidden details in the landscape, understand the forest’s ecology, and appreciate how nature has influenced Norwegian culture.

Throughout the tour, I provide light snacks and a warm drink so you can enjoy a small break in the forest and take in the peaceful atmosphere.

If you’re feeling adventurous, you’ll also have the option to take a refreshing dip in a nearby lake. This is completely optional and depends on your comfort level and the weather.
