The beginning of the journey starts at Prokeš Square, under the New Town Hall. It is a symbolic construction that begins a new era in the history of Ostrava, and more precisely Great Ostrava. The route passes the most important places of Moravian Ostrava, including the Cathedral of the Divine Savior, the town square with the Old Town Hall, the Antonín Dvořák Theatre and the embankment of the Ostravice River. It is a journey from the Middle Ages, through the industrial revolution, which completely changed the face of Ostrava, to the present day. A mix of secession, modernism, functionalism and neo-renaissance.
