What you can expect

Arrival & welcome: You arrive at the Padelbär at the agreed time and meet your coach directly on the court.

Short check-in: In a few minutes, we'll clarify your game level and your goal (learning basics, becoming more confident, or working specifically on strokes like serve, volley, bandeja, lob).

Warm-up: Easy warm-up and mobilisation so you can quickly get the feel of it.

Technique training: You'll get clear, easy-to-implement technique tips and we'll immediately consolidate them with ball exercises (timing, meeting point, racket angle, footwork).

Game-related situations: We practice typical match scenarios – positioning in doubles, team movement, communication, and simple tactical patterns that work right away.

Points with coaching: At the end, you'll play short points/mini-games and get direct feedback so that you can immediately transfer what you've learned into real ball exchanges.

Take-away: You'll go home with a clear plan, specific exercises, and 2-3 focus points that you can apply directly to your next game.
