The menu: a 5-course feast
We start by preparing three classic tapas that represent the heart of Spanish gastronomy:
Bread with tomato: the quintessential Catalan classic.
Spanish Potato Omelette: Learn the secret to flipping it perfectly.
Chorizo in red wine: perfectly sautéed in a rich red wine reduction.
Then we move on to the star of the show: the paella de marisco. You'll learn how to prepare the perfect “sofrito” and get that golden texture of the rice that the locals love so much.
Drink and socialise
The best part? The sangria flows from start to finish! Enjoy our exclusive homemade recipe (alcoholic or “junior” versions available) throughout the workshop. When we finish cooking, we'll gather around the table to enjoy the meal you've created in a fun and social atmosphere.
