During the lesson, you'll prepare saffron rice, classic Sicilian ragù, and other seasonal condiments, using only genuine, local ingredients. Together, you'll shape the typical arancine, learning all the tricks to get the perfect shape and consistency.
The last step is frying: you can fry your arancine and enjoy them while still hot, accompanied by a glass of local wine. All equipment, ingredients, and apron will be provided.
