Your adventure begins on the quays of the Lonja Marina Charter in Palma, facing the magnificent spectacle of the Cathedral of Mallorca (La Seu). Your professional skipper warmly welcomes you aboard your modern and elegant sailboat. After a short 5-minute safety briefing on life on board, you take off your shoes to enjoy the comfort of the deck.
The moorings are cast off: the sailboat gently moves away, revealing a unique panorama of the historic centre and the silhouette of Bellver Castle overlooking the bay.
10:15 AM – The sensation of pure gliding with all sails set
As soon as you leave the harbor's dikes, the magic begins. The skipper turns off the engine to hoist the sails. Silence falls instantly, broken only by the lapping of the water against the hull. If you like, you can take the helm and participate in the manoeuvres under the watchful eye of the captain. If you prefer to relax, sit back comfortably at the front of the boat.
The sailboat heels slightly under the effect of the sea breeze, giving you an exhilarating feeling of absolute freedom on the open sea.
10:30 AM – Stop for swimming and snorkelling in a hidden cove
The sailboat drops anchor in the turquoise and translucent waters of a preserved cove, only accessible from the sea. The water is so clear that you can see the seabed from the deck. The captain will deploy the swim ladder and provide you with masks, snorkels, and stand-up paddle boards. Dive in to swim among the schools of fish, explore the rocks, or simply float on the water while admiring the cliffs lined with Mediterranean pines that surround this peaceful haven.
11:30 AM – Drop-off cruise and coastal panorama on the open sea
It's time to get back on board to start the drop-off trip. The skipper trims the sails to catch the thermal wind of the bay. Take advantage of this last hour of sailing to top up your tan on the deck, take spectacular pictures of the Mallorcan coast, or chat with the skipper about his sailing secrets. The sailboat glides effortlessly on the water, offering you a moment of total reconnection with nature, far from the hustle and bustle of the crowds.
12:00 PM – Drop-off at the marina and end of the marine experience
The sailboat lowers its sails and glides gently towards its mooring pontoon in the heart of Palma. You disembark with unforgettable souvenirs of this salty break, your face caressed by the spray and your spirit completely revitalised. This compact and intense 2-hour outing ends perfectly, leaving you the entire afternoon to continue your explorations on dry land.
