What you can expect

Enjoy Yoga and breathwork classes in Paracas on the beach or in a home studio.

For an unforgettable experience, sign up for a Beach Yoga/Breathwork class in the Paracas Reserve. Enjoy the adventurous ride to and from the class location. Feel the sea breeze in your hair, the sand beneath your feet, the sun on your face, and centre yourself as you listen to the sound of the waves. Enjoy an optional swim or short walk along the beach after class as you enjoy coffee or tea. These classes are only offered in the morning as it gets very windy and hot by afternoon/evening. Sunrise option for additional charge

For a more grounded option, enjoy yoga at Laura's charming in home studio. Close to the town centre and one street from the Paracas Bay beachfront. Option to choose pickup/drop-off or walk to class.

Mats, towels, blocks, and straps are provided. Enjoy coffee or tea after the class. Pickup and drop-off in Paracas, entry cost into the Reserve, and 4X4 transport are included.
