We will welcome you among the avenues that lead to the vineyards, olive groves and organic citrus groves for an engaging nature walk. We will also visit the small wheat field (in production from April to June) to talk about ears, flour and cereals. Passing through the rows of the “Federico II” vineyard we will learn the secrets of the winemakers, the characteristics of the soil, and the particularity of the climate. A few steps from the vineyard we arrive in front of the beam of the cellar to get to know the charm of farming tools.

We will enrich this unique experience with a guided tour to discover together the winemaking, ageing and bottling process.

We move to the premises of the farm to have the gastronomic experience of pizza. With “Le mani in pasta” you will be involved in the processing and making of the pizza among the secrets of leavening and the notes of typical Sicilian music. On the veranda overlooking the vast lawn, we will delight the palate with freshly baked pizza and the tasting of a versatile, fresh and savoury white wine typical of the hilly area and a red with character with a fruity bouquet. Enjoying freshly baked pizza and getting to know the products and wines of the organic farm will make this visit to the countryside memorable.
