You will be welcomed and transferred to the "Ahoy Bistró Siciliano", with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Together with Chef Mimmo you will prepare six types of fresh pasta, using local ingredients such as cherry tomatoes from Pachino and pistachio from Bronte site at the foot of Mount Etna. With his Sicilian father, a great local pastry chef, you will learn the art of preparing Cannolo, the typical Sicilian dessert. You will create the crispy waffle, cream and fill the cannoli with your own hands. In addition, the pastry chef will teach you how to make the typical "Angel Wings" cookies (or "Chiacchiere" in Sicily), typical Sicilian Carnival cookies. Enjoy your creations with a glass of Limoncello while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea. At the end of the evening, you will be escorted back to the centre of Taormina, with a full stomach and a heart full of joy.
