We'll start the tour in Plaza del Potrerillo, one of the most important traditional markets in Pasto, where you'll learn about products grown by farming families in Nariño and discover the ingredients that make the region's cuisine unique. Then we will walk through the historic centre to visit one of the oldest bakeries in the city, where you will enjoy traditional porridge accompanied by a delicious ham sandwich.
The experience continues at a local restaurant renowned for its traditional dishes, where you'll enjoy an starter made with native potatoes, followed by a traditional Nariño lunch. During the tour, you will learn about the stories, customs and flavours that are part of Pasto's cultural identity.
Later, we will visit the traditional San Ignacio district to taste the famous paila ice cream, which has been prepared by hand for generations. We'll end the experience by enjoying a cup of special Nariño coffee, internationally recognised for its aroma and quality, thus concluding a tour full of tradition, culture, and local cuisine.
