Upon your arrival at Domaine de Pratavone, located in the heart of the Ajaccio PDO area, you will receive a warm welcome from our team and enjoy an authentic immersion in the life of the estate.

We will begin with an introduction to our family history and our philosophy, which is deeply rooted in respect for the terroir and Corsican traditions.
You will then discover our winemaking and ageing cellar, where we will explain the various stages involved in creating our cuvées: from harvesting to bottling. You will see the oak barrels and stainless-steel vats, and learn how the unique balance of our wines is achieved.

The tour continues in our tasting cellar, where you will enjoy a commented tasting of several of the estate’s cuvées. Each wine will be presented in context, along with explanations of the grape varieties and possible pairings.

To enhance this experience, a small, traditional Corsican snack consisting of local specialities will accompany the tasting. This will be a warm and convivial experience that will immerse you in the soul of the Corsican terroir and leave you with an authentic memory of Domaine de Pratavone.
