What you can expect

You will meet at the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop and become part of the Chef's team, ready for a real pizza “delivery”! You will start socialising over a small welcome buffet provided by the chef. After a few minutes, you will start cooking together, guided by the chef or by qualified cooks. Everyone will have their own cooking station at the professional workbenches, and you will work in groups of 4–5 people (as shown in the photos), but each person will make their own pizza.
You will learn the technique for making authentic pizza dough, which you can then take home and cook at your leisure (it requires 8 hours to rise, so for the tasting, we will use ready-made dough). You will create your pizzas using fresh toppings of your choice. The focus is on the techniques for making pizza and tiramisu, the most famous dessert in the world, which you will prepare.
After approximately 2 hours, you will sit down at the table to enjoy the food you have prepared. Wine will be included (1 bottle per 3 participants). We'll cook the pizza for you while you enjoy a nice glass of wine. Digital recipes (via QR code or photo) will be provided at the end of the experience. Are you ready to get your hands dirty?
