What you can expect

  • You will meet in the professional cooking workshop Chef and the City and become part of the Chef's brigade, ready for a real pizza “delivery”! You'll start by mingling over a small welcome buffet provided by the chef. After a few minutes, you will start cooking together, guided by the chef or qualified cooks. Everyone will have his or her own station at the professional counters, and you will work in groups of 4–5 people (as shown in the photos), but everyone will make his or her own pizza.
You will learn the technique for kneading authentic pizza dough, which you can then take away and cook at home (it needs to rise for 8 hours, so we will use ready-made dough for the food tasting). You will top your pizzas with fresh toppings of your choice. The focus is on the technique for making pizza and tiramisu, the most famous dessert in the world, which you will prepare.
After about 2 hours, you will sit down at the table to enjoy what you have cooked. Wine will be included (1 bottle per 3 participants). We'll cook the pizza for you while you enjoy a nice glass of wine. The recipes in digital format (QR code or photo) will be provided at the end of the experience. Are you ready to get your hands in the dough?
