Your experience begins with a walk in our garden, an oasis of peace a few steps from the centre of Sorrento, where we grow with love the vegetables you will use. We will welcome you with Limoncello Spritz and Focaccia. Together we will collect seasonal ingredients from our plants. You will smell fresh basil and see where the tomatoes grow that make the Campania pizza unique in the world. Guided by O'Masto, you will learn the technique to roll out the dough by hand, just like a true Pro pizza maker, we will use only high quality flour, our extra virgin olive oil and excellent local ingredients. The watchword is freshness. After seasoning your creation, we will bake it in the wood oven. Finally, we will sit in the shade of the garden trees to enjoy your pizza, accompanied by a good glass of local wine and lots of cheer. You will finish it all with our Limoncello and Dessert. You will bring with you the warmth of our oven and the feeling of having been part of a real Sorrento family in its corner of paradise.
