• Beginner-level surfing course to be held on the sandy beach (Playa de Troya).
• Drop-off and pick-up will take place at the meeting point: C/ Caracas, No. 23 (Kontraola Campus).
• At the end of each Saturday of the camp, children will be picked up between 11:45 AM and 12:00 PM.
PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL, both for check-in at 9:00 AM and for pick-up at 12:00 PM.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult, except for those who have provided prior authorisation stating that they may come unaccompanied.
• Children should wear sportswear and bring a beach towel, swimwear, a change of clothes, a cap to protect them from the sun, sun cream, and water.
• Children should wear sports shoes or flip-flops/sandals when walking to the beach.
• For the surfing activity, it is a mandatory requirement to know how to swim.
• Parents must be reachable at all times in the event of any emergency.
• It is important to inform the instructors if the child has any medical conditions, as well as any other potentially relevant information.
• The use of cell phones and electronic games is not permitted.
• Parents authorise the camp instructors to take the appropriate actions in the event of an emergency, accident, or illness. They undertake to inform parents of any such event as soon as possible.
• The company is authorised to cancel a child’s participation if the child does not comply with the basic rules of conduct, such as the proper conduct of activities, without the right to a refund of the class fee.
• The company is authorised to use any photographic material or any other media in which participants in the activities appear for the purpose of promoting the school and its future programmes.
• FAILURE TO ATTEND CAMP WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF THE DAY, WHICH WILL BE NEITHER REFUNDABLE NOR MAY BE MADE UP.
• CANCELLATIONS MAY BE MADE NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SELECTED DATE.
