Our journey begins in Polignano a Mare, a gem overlooking the Adriatic Sea, with its whitewashed alleys and breathtaking views of the crystal-clear water.

From here, we will slowly venture into the countryside roads, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, dry stone walls, and trulli (traditional Apulian stone dwellings) scattered throughout the landscape. Each bend will be a journey back in time, with the timeless charm of the Fiat 500 accompanying us amid the scents of earth and wind.

We will arrive in Conversano, a town rich in art and history, dominated by a majestic castle and an elegant historic centre where time seems to have stood still. Along the way, we will stop to share stories from the past, visit authentic farmhouses, and discover traditions that still thrive in the heart of Puglia to this day.
