Customers are entitled to a full refund at any time if the cancellation is due to force majeure.

A full refund must be provided if the activity is cancelled for any reason, regardless of the notice period.
A full refund must be offered if the customer does not accept itinerary changes.
Suppliers cannot offer rescheduling only instead of a refund, nor can they impose their own refund policies.
