A unique format designed to immerse participants in rural life through an authentic and engaging experience.
The goal is to create a deep connection between visitors and our family, sharing the roots and time-honored traditions that define us. All this takes place in the beautiful setting of our garden, on the outskirts of Positano, with a view of the Li Galli archipelago.
Experience schedule:
Guided tour of the estate: a journey through citrus groves, olive groves, vegetable gardens, and vineyards, with explanations about local farming and production. Participants will personally harvest some of the ingredients to be used throughout the day.
Aperitif and tasting: A convivial moment featuring authentic, homegrown products, including jams, extra-virgin olive oil, cheeses, cold cuts, and other farmhouse specialities.
Mozzarella demonstration: An opportunity to learn about the artisanal process of making mozzarella, with the chance to observe and participate.
Cooking class: Step-by-step guidance on making fresh pasta from scratch and preparing the traditional parmigiana di melanzane.
Final tasting: Sharing the dishes prepared in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, accompanied by glasses of local wine selected according to the participants’ personal tastes and pairings with the chosen condiments.
Tasting of artisanal liqueurs: including our limoncello and nocino, made according to family recipes.
Final farewells and presentation of the certificate of participation, to end the experience with a special keepsake.
