What you can expect

  • Visit a local's home and rediscover the passion for the land and the fruits, the old family traditions. Taste delicious dishes prepared together with your hands with love. Be happy to hear the history of the place and the food.

    Prepare fresh pasta following the old local tradition, and learn all the tricks to have a good pasta. we will show the garden and collect together the ingredients that will be used for the dishes. Prepare two types of pasta: ravioli, fresh pasta filled with ricotta or vegetables or meat, and tagliatelle that will be dressed with lemon saouce.
    We also prepare a good Tiramisù.
    Enjoy a good glass of wine and at the end of the lunch, taste the liqueurs.
