The tour will be themed around the famous film The Godfather.
we begin the tour by heading towards Forza d'Agrò, an ancient village located on a hill with breathtaking panoramic views of the Ionian coast. Here we will visit the Church of the Annunziata. Vito's starting point towards America We will then visit the historic centre with a view of the 12th century castle and the Church of the Holy Trinity, also the location of the film, free time available.
With a pleasant panoramic transfer along the coast we reach Savoca where we will visit the Church of San Nicolò, the place where the marriage of Michael Corleone to Apollonia Vitelli was celebrated. Here you can take photos and relive the magic of this iconic moment from the film. We will also visit Bar Vitelli, the famous bar where Michael meets Apollonia's father for the first time and in the square in front of which the wedding celebrations take place. At the Vitelli bar, you can enjoy a delicious granita or local wine.
