We invite you to enjoy a private dinner for your group at the secret café in the Airbnb, in the heart of Mendoza. We’ll start with a regional wine, and while we cook, I’ll tell you a little about Argentine food and local traditions. Together, we’ll prepare some classic Argentine dishes, such as empanadas, grilled meat and chimichurri, and then sit down to enjoy everything we’ve made. We’ll also taste Mendoza wines with the food and share what we like about them and why, without technical terms or formalities. The idea is simple: a real table, homemade Argentine food, local wine and good conversation, sharing cultures and discovering a little more about everyday life in Mendoza.
