As we leave Castries, we'll pass through the lush Roseau Valley, where you'll see a working banana plantation. I’ll share some insight into our island’s top export—and you'll even get to taste our sweet, sun-ripened bananas and explore local crafts made from dried banana leaves.

Next, we’ll journey to Anse La Raye, a vibrant fishing village known for its lively Seafood Friday Festival, followed by a stop in Canaries, a quaint coastal village famous for its warm hospitality and freshly baked cassava bread—a true local delicacy.

Our final destination is the charming town of Soufrière, home to St. Lucia’s iconic Pitons, twin volcanic spires that soar 2,400 feet above the sea and are recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We'll pause at a picturesque viewpoint to capture some unforgettable photos.

The highlight of our visit includes three unforgettable experiences: the Tet Paul Nature Trail, offering panoramic island views; a rejuvenating dip in the Sulphur Springs Mud Bath; and a refreshing stop at the Toraille Waterfall.
