Embark on a unique adventure in the Picos de Europa with our guided hike to Cabaña Verónica. We’ll start the day by taking the iconic Fuente Dé cable car, ascending 800 metres in just 4 minutes and enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. The Ticket is included.
The 10km-hike begins on relatively flat rocky trails, perfect for a relaxed walk while soaking in the stunning alpine scenery. As we progress, the paths become steeper and more exciting, leading us to Cabaña Verónica, the legendary mountain hut situated at 2,325 metres. This historic and remote spot is the perfect place to rest, take photos, and immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of the high mountains.
For those with extra energy, there’s an optional hike to the Horcados Rojos viewpoint, where the views become even more spectacular, offering a panoramic glimpse of the wild beauty of the Picos de Europa. Finally, we’ll make our way back to the Fuente Dé cable car at a relaxed pace, completing a full-day mountain adventure that combines nature, challenge, and unforgettable scenery.
