This seamless, small-group journey begins with a brief train ride along the shores of Lake Lugano before boarding the star of the tour: the historic Monte Generoso Cogwheel Railway. For over 130 years, this train has been the only way to reach the spectacular 1,704-meter summit in style.
At the top, the views are unrivalled. You’ll stand directly on the border, looking down at the lakes of Lugano and Como on one side, and the distant Alpine snowy peaks on the other. With a limit of 8 guests, you’ll enjoy a relaxed, intimate atmosphere.
