    • No-show: If the passenger does not arrive or cannot be contacted at the agreed pickup location/time, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
    • Flight delays or cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to driver availability.
    • Last-minute bookings: Bookings made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a 30% operational/cancellation charge if cancelled.
    • Any refund will be processed according to the applicable booking terms and payment method.
