Mindful walking helps you focus on each movement, on various sensations and perceptions, and makes walking a special experience, especially when combined with nature.
Afterwards, a guided meditation session will take place in or in front of the Weinbergschloss, accompanied by live music (guitar and percussion).
To begin with, there will be a brief, general introduction to the topic of meditation. This allows anyone to participate (including those with no meditation experience).
The meeting point will be at the Lion's Gate in Kühnauer Park.
