The Rabaçal Valley offers incredible views, ideal for capturing the island's natural beauty. As you stroll along the levada, the magnificent 330-foot (100-m) Risco waterfall appears, formed by streams converging higher up the mountainside.

Continue your walk to the 25 Fontes Falls, where you’ll learn about the 19th-century construction of the levadas and how they still carry water to the southern part of the island. Explore tunnels along the way and marvel at the engineering that has shaped Madeira’s landscape.
