At the agriturismo, surrounded by the beautiful panorama of the Iblei Mountains, you will try your hand at preparing five different typical Sicilian dishes with our chefs. You will learn, for example, how to cook vegetable caponata, the typical 'Scacce', assist in the preparation of ricotta ravioli, or cassatina, and cavatelli with pork sauce; all very tasty and richly flavoured dishes that are hard to forget.

Your experience will be enriched by samples of fresh ricotta and other artisanal cheeses accompanied by a good glass of Sicilian red wine: all exclusively locally produced.
