Rainbow Mountain Peru

Our quad bike tour to Rainbow Mountain begins with hotel pickups between 3:15 and 3:30 am, followed by a 2-hour and 40-minute drive to Japura (4,200 m.a.s.l.), arriving around 6:20 am for a buffet breakfast. After instructions from our guide, we ride ATVs to Qosqopata (4,900 m.a.s.l.) for about an hour. From there, we hike 1.5 km (35 minutes) to the viewpoint of Rainbow Mountain (5,038 m.a.s.l.). As the first to arrive, we enjoy the scenery without the crowds, allowing plenty of time for photos and videos. We then return to the ATVs and ride back to Japura for a delicious lunch. The tour concludes with a return to Cusco, arriving around 3:30 pm, with drop-offs at the respective hotels.
