At the indicated time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to begin this unforgettable experience on one of the most curious peaks in Peru. We're going trekking through Rainbow Mountain!

After approximately two hours of travel, we will arrive at the town of Kusipata. There we will enjoy a breakfast that will give us the energy necessary to face the trekking route through Rainbow Mountain.

Once we are satisfied, we will get on the bus and continue the trip for about two hours through Pitumarca, located at 3,570 metres above sea level. After this time, we will arrive at a farming community, from where we will begin the walk at 4600 metres above sea level. Following the guide's instructions, we will ascend between mysterious peaks while we encounter Andean animals such as alpacas, sheep and vicuñas.

After an hour and 45 minutes of climbing, we will reach the spectacular Rainbow Mountain, also known as Vinicunca or the Mountain of Seven Colours. As soon as you see it, you will discover why its majesty has earned it a place on the list of the 100 places you should visit before you die, according to National Geographic magazine.

We will leave you time to photograph the Rainbow Mountain, and then we will begin the descent to the bus following the same route by which we arrived. Luckily, going down is easier than going up!

We will return to Kusipata to enjoy a buffet meal. The best possible reward!

At the end of lunch, we will return to the centre of Cusco and we will leave you near the Plaza de Armas for an excursion lasting between 14 and 15 hours.
