Know before you book

  • The itinerary will be temporarily reduced due to refurbishment works. You will be able to access the Museum, the 21st century model of the Santiago Bernabéu, take a photo with the Champions League trophy (optional), the panoramic view of the stadium and visit both the Madridista card area.
  • The turf has been removed from the pitch
  • Due to the various events taking place at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, as well as the remodelling works, the Tour Bernabéu may vary its route and timetable. Visitors will be informed on the website, at the ticket offices and at the entrance.
  • Ticket valid only for the selected date. The access will be possible at any time.
  • Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu
  • Hold onto your ticket until you finish your tour, we will request it from you when you leave to control capacity.
  • Access to the Museum will be limited using capacity control. Alternative routes, entry and exit planning, or the exclusion of certain rooms may be established for safety reasons.
  • We do not provide a left-luggage service. There are several stairs along the itinerary, so we do not recommend bringing luggage or pushchairs, strollers etc
  • No animals are allowed excepting from guide dogs
