Begin your tour with an overview of the vinegar loft (acetaia) and learn about the product and how it is made. Discover the history of the Cavazzone Vinegar Farm, where the production of this nectar starts in barrels of the ancient Vinegar Farms belonging to the Terrachini and Sidoli families.

Afterwards, take a short tour of some parts of the property, including the gazebo, the ice house, and the old rooms of the blacksmith and the carpenter.

End your experience with a tasting, served at the agriturismo’s restaurant.
