Afterwards, take a short tour of some parts of the property, including the gazebo, the ice house, and the old rooms of the blacksmith and the carpenter.

The vinegar tasting includes 4 tasting spoonfuls of the product: young condiment, aged condiment, Gran Riserva (over 10 years of ageing), and Gran Riserva “Antiche Botti” (over 20 years of ageing).
