The art of tasting: Learn professional techniques to fully appreciate a champagne (visual observation, olfactory analysis, palate tasting)
The winemaking process: Discover the stages of champagne production, from grape harvesting to bottling, including the traditional Méthode Champenoise.
Appellations and terroirs: Learn about the different Champagne appellations and how each terroir influences the character of the wine
Reading labels: Decipher the key information on a bottle of champagne to make the best choices
Spécial Club cuvées: Discover these exclusive vintage champagnes, which can be recognised by their unique shouldered bottle. Each cuvée reflects the expertise of its artisan winemaker and must be unanimously approved by a panel of 5 oenologists to earn this label of excellence.
