We start at the entrance of the Grove. Introduction to the place slows down the urban rythm and makes you feel the place as it were your own. Next stop for a welcome shot brings you already first understanding about the different qualities of olive oil. Accompanied with the treats of local bakery. Then we include some Grove activities relative to that day to increase your practical understanding. Last stop in the natural classroom provides guided tasting and taste practising where you learn how to taste, how to use the tools and compare flavours.
