The activity begins with a brief check-in and an introduction by our expert team, followed by theoretical training with all the safety guidelines and jump procedures. Our experienced instructors will explain step by step what the jump will be like, how to position yourself during the free fall and the landing, ensuring complete safety and peace of mind. Then, the participants put on their gear (overalls, goggles, harness) and board an aircraft specially prepared for jumps. During the ascent, which lasts about 25 minutes, you can enjoy an incredible panoramic view of the wonderful city, including the beautiful and famous beaches and Christ the Redeemer, before the parachute jump — a real show!
At an altitude of approximately 8,000 feet, it's time to feel the adrenaline: the free fall jump lasts about 40 seconds, at a speed of up to 200 km/h, providing a unique feeling of freedom. Then the parachute is deployed, and the rest of the flight, which lasts about 5 minutes, is calm and allows you to enjoy the scenery at your leisure until the soft landing, always accompanied by the instructor. At the end, you will be able to watch the video and see the photos of your jump, with the option to purchase the material as a souvenir (360 camera optional). The package includes digital photos and a video of your experience that captures all the sensational moments until the smooth landing on the sands of Barra da Tijuca beach. The full experience takes about 3 hours. Family and friend spectators are welcome to watch your jump from below on the beach or wait in comfort at our base, where coffee, water, internet, and free parking are available.
