What is it?
River Trekking is an aquatic walk that takes you to explore the natural beauty of the rivers in the Peneda-Gerês National Park. On this adventure we don't use any rope techniques, we just dive, jump and walk between lagoons, rocks and paths, along the Adrão river.
Where?
The Adrão River is a tributary of the Lima River, characterised by its wild essence and extremely green banks in all seasons. These banks, which in ancient times were the terraces of much of the Soajeiro people's livelihood.
Socalcos - A more or less flat piece of land on a hillside supported by a wall.
Soajeiro - Inhabitant of the village of Soajo.
