The class takes place in an elegant venue in the centre of Rome, just a few steps away from Piazza Venezia and the Trevi Fountain, in the heart of the historic centre. In this stylish and charming space, you will learn how to make fresh, handmade pasta: fettuccine and ravioli. Starting with simple, wholesome ingredients, you will knead and shape the pasta following the techniques of true Italian tradition.
You will be guided by a passionate team, trained in part thanks to the experience our team has gained in the hospitality and catering industry.
We will share techniques, fun facts and little culinary secrets with you, in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
After the pasta, we'll move on to dessert: tiramisu, which you'll make with your own hands following the classic recipe, enhanced with your personal touch. At the end of the class, we'll sit down together to enjoy everything we've made, accompanied by a good glass of wine.
