Take on Redwoods Altitude, a fully guided high-bridge and zipline adventure set among Rotorua’s towering redwoods.
After being fitted with your safety equipment and completing a full briefing, set out on a two-hour journey up to 25 metres above the forest floor. Cross 25 suspended bridges, soar across 3 ziplines and, if you choose, finish with an optional final leap; feel the rush of a controlled 4-metre freefall before being gently lowered to the ground.
Your friendly, expert guides will support you throughout the experience, helping you take on each challenge at your own pace while sharing stories about the redwood forest, its ecology and significance.
Groups are kept small, typically up to 10 participants, creating a more personal and supportive experience.
Your adventure doesn’t end there. Entry to Redwoods Glowworms is also included, offering a completely different experience within the forest. Step inside a dark, aboveground eco-cave where thousands of living glowworms glow around you. During the 10–15 minute Redwoods Glowworms guided experience, you will learn about, get remarkably close to, and capture flash-free photos of real glowworms.
